04 — How It Works
Every engagement follows the same proven process. We've done this enough times to know what works.
Step 1
We visit your site, document your environment, and identify gaps. No sales pitch — just an honest look at where you are and what it would take to get you on our standard stack.
Step 2
We deploy the standard stack — firewalls, workstations, backups, Microsoft 365, monitoring. Everything configured, tested, and documented before we hand it over.
Step 3
Monthly billing begins. Monitoring is active, help desk is live, quarterly reviews are scheduled. From here on out, IT is our problem — not yours.
05 — Pricing
We don't do hourly billing. We don't charge for emergencies. You pay a flat monthly rate per user, and we handle everything. The price is the price.

True emergencies — ransomware or an active security incident — get an immediate response any time. Everything else is handled next business day. Our monitoring catches most problems before you even notice them, and routine issues are queued and resolved promptly. That's all included in your flat rate.
Typically 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of your organization and the state of your current setup. We'll audit what you have, plan the transition, and migrate you to our standard stack with minimal disruption. We've done this enough times to make it smooth.
Absolutely. We migrate you to Microsoft 365 (if you're not already on it) and your email addresses stay the same. Your team won't notice the difference — except that things will work better.
If your needs grow beyond our scope, we'll help you transition to the right provider. No hard feelings, no hostage situations. Your data is yours, and we'll make the handoff clean.
